MOSCOW, Feb 28 (PRIME) -- The weighted average rate of the Russian ruble with tomorrow settlement decreased 70.25 kopecks against the U.S. dollar to 56.3742, according to data of the Moscow Exchange seen by PRIME on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, the weighted average rate stood at 55.6717 rubles against the dollar.
